Having met at an underground screening of the mythic “Vanishing Point”, The Rebels of Tijuana were formed in June 2008 and have played with bands such as The Charlatans (Manchester-UK), The Lords of Altamont (Los Angeles-USA) or The Hushpuppies (Paris-France). A Rock’n’Roll runaway trip that brings the five mercenaries on high speed roads, rolling to the sound of Nuggets tapes, Southern soul, Mods sensations, wild French yé-yé pop music or tripped Californian hookahs. Wanker kerosene for lads who’ve already proved themselves in french bands like Fireball, A*Song. Elegance, good taste and nonchalant dandyism are the mottos of this pack. A drag of Mexican weed and a smirk on their faces will remind you that the next revolution is in motion! These guys have got nothing to lose but to make some fine cut rock’n’roll.
