Rock fans project takes off in Berlin

Italian band MINISTRI will hit the White Trash for a revolutionary concert organized by the fans!

The first “fans based” concert is about to take place in Berlin. The Italian indie rock band MINISTRI (www.myspace.com/ministri) will perform on the 13th of March at the WHITE TRASH FAST FOOD, one of the coolest stages of the German capital, for an unusual exhibition entirely organized by the band’s followers.

The project, named “MINISTRI UP TO BERLIN” and built up by a group of Italian supporters of the band, aims to become a revolutionary rock-step in the modern music scenario: where the fans have come out spontaneously with the idea of a concert abroad for their beloved ones, and made it real by taking care of the entire organisation, logistic and promotion. This exchange of roles has put forward, for the first time, the idea of devoted fans deciding where and when the band plays.
The fans have also created the website www.ministrisuaberlino.it as well as the social networks’ pages (facebook twitter and lastfm), where everyone can follow the event, leave comments, stay updated and “make noise”.
A common passion has turned into a cutting-edge formula for live music, where there is no distance between the band and its fans anymore, but they both become protagonists of the same dream come true.
