THE HUNTERS

The Hunters is the country outlet project of the otherwise artrockish Sister Chain & Brother John. When the two goth-glammers aren't on tour bringing darkness to the hearts of millions of fans, they put on their cowboy boots, hitch their critters to the hitchin' post, mosey on over, get em selves a plate of (vegi) pork & beans and some sippin' whiskey. Then with Giddy Lynn Farhi riding the doublebass and Big Jon Colby's steel guitar weeping, they holler some old country tunes that'd melt the coldest of bones and stop the swiftest cowhand mid-trail. "We got both styles - country and western...."
